subpoena duces tecum with out deposition

i received somthing as titled above it looks like a brevard county clerk of courts form however it is not signed by a judge it commands my credit union to appeaar in jax FL at 8am with credit apps, signature cars , permanent loan agreements pay off amounts and any load opened or closed with in 6 months do i have to release my bank to these people i'd rather not... they also was 3 from and back copies of payment items to my notes...and all deposite records... as is stated b4 its is not signed by a judge just an Esuire of the law office

Without seeing the document, I decline to comment in a definitive manner. It does seem that a judgment was entered against you and that the proceeding is part of post judgment discovery. On the face of it it seems ok.
