Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I vouluntary repo my car to my creditor and they sold it at auction for less they have now turned me over to an attorney for the balance over 10,000 I cannot pay that why I turned the car in am self employed and have not had any income for 6 months my main concern is trying not to have my home in foreclosuree and am working with the bank. I would like to know what are my options with them

Send me all the paper work re the repossession if you want to and I will see if they did it correctly and whether you can have a suit against the collector and repo people.
