Can my wages be garnished in Florida for a judgment against me for a credit card if I am the only income in my household.

You will need to prove to the court that you are truly "head of household" - that is, supporting a child or other dependent. If you can prove that, your disposable income is not subject to garnishment, unless you specifically agree to garnishment. If you have been served with a notice of a writ of garnishment, read it carefully and be sure not to miss any deadlines to claim your exemption.
