Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I accepted a FELONY PRE-TRIAL INTERVENTION PROGRAM but backed out of it and its been almost a year and the state keep passing my case. How much time do they fave before the case is droped.

They don't have to drop the case since you waived your speedy trial rights by entering PTI. Have you asked your attorney why the case has been continued? They should have the answer your looking for.
