If you was charged with a crime but the adjudication was withheld, do you still have to answer "yes" to jobs that ask "Have you been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor" ?

A withhold of adjudication means you have not been convicted so you can say no. However, it may still show up on a background check until you get the charge sealed and you will have to explain to the employer that legally you have NOT been convicted.
