Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I want to no if the charges will stick I got attacked by my 17 yr old girlfriends dad. I called the cops they took pictures and even took him to jail I want to press charges but my girlfriend said she can't go go court and that was my witness

The prosecutor, not the victim, makes the final decision on filing charges. You should talk to the prosecutor and see what they are going to do.
