I went to get my citizenship , but they dental because i was arrested in 2002 a misdeaminor case i did expunged rthe r�cord ,but in immigration told me to reopen the case after 14 years is that posible?

It is very difficult to reopen a case that has been expunged. You're definitely going to need the services of an attorney to help you out with that. I suggest you call one in your area.
