Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

clerk of court case

hi i am curious if a case says it is charged but has no court documentations does that mean it wasnt charged as guilty?because the court paper we recieved them said that there were no findings yet on the clerk of the court site it says that it was charged but with no court documentations?i am confused with this

Call the clerk's office to see if you can get more information. It sounds like the case is opened and pending, but the state attorney's office hasn't filed formal criminal charges yet.
