In the american medical is it true that an individual has rights and cannot be forced to be seen in any way,if the person refuses to see the dr and prefer to select a doctor of her own: meaning if the court appoints a doctor ,but the person already has a court order to get their own dr. for an evaluation, is the courts dr practicing malpractice if he does an evaluationOn the person that is refusing him ?

There is no right to refuse to see a doctor if a court has ordered a person to see that doctor.

You may not like Dr. House, and you may think (or even know) House is committing malpractice, but if the judge says, "Go see House," you go see House.
