Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Conflict Attorney
If my son was assigned a conflict attorney in November of 2007 and has yet to talk with the attorney or go to court, what recourse does he have? I cannot afford a private attorney and he has already served 6 months in county jail with no contact. What can I do to help him? I have tried to contact the attorney myself and he will not return my emails or calls.
