Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have been convicted of a few felonies, is there any way I'll ever be able to get a registered gun in my name?

It is possible to request the restoration of your civil rights in Florida. However, the right to possess or own a firearm is seldom restored - even though the remaining rights are.

With that said, you can specifically ask that your ability to possess a firearm be restored in the clemency process. Please visit the Florida Clemency web page for more information.
