Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Daughter is 16 and is arrested and charged assault 2nd degree. 1st time ever in trouble with the law. Court appearance is tomorrow. She has spent the weekend in juvenile hall. Is it possible she can be released tomorrow

Yes it is possible but the best thing you can do is to get yourself an attorney for your daughter, so that these serious charges can be dealt with.
