how to exspunge a criminal record
i was arrested for trafficking illegals drugs/i served for 8 and half months in jail and i was released on probation but i was not convicted as a felon it was a judicationwtihheld and i would like to know if i can get my record exspunged and do i have to go back to my county. can you help me
