Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

felony reduction

i have been charged with utter of a

forged doc. I has served my

probation, during my court date i was

not advise properly of what i could do

to reduce the charges to a

misdemeanor. Also, i was pregnant

just trying to get home. My question

is, is there anything I can do to get

the charge changed or reduced it has

been a little over 2 yrs so I cannot

vacate the conviction. I need help I

am trying to go to school for Nursing

in January and this holding me back.

I just want to be able to move on

with my life without having to worry

about what's a gonna happen next.
