jail time?
I live in Florida. My husband was arrested four months ago for driving while license suspended and possession of cannibus not more than 20 grams. He was given 90 days to complete classes and court fees. Since then he lost his job, we were evicted, and our car died. Can the judge give him more time or put him in jail?
