Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i lied and said i was 17 but really 18 b/c there was a mistake where the lady at marshalls accused me stealing when i accidently walked out w/o realizing i still had the merchandise. i lied about being a minor b/c then i thought she would just let me go after i explained the mishap. it totaled only like $30. now i have to pay $200 in restitution to avoid court but now the county office called saying i have to go and do intake to begin community services and stuff. i wanted to know how can i fix this?

Is that $200 in restitution a letter from the store (or the store's attorneys) wanting $200?? If it is then that has NOTHING to do with the criminal case. You could pay it and then still have to go to court and pay fines, community service, and jail. You must talk to an attorney right away before you do anything. That is the best way to "fix" this.
