Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my mother is in miami dade being held on an out of county hold from duval county jax, florida. how long before they extradite her she has been held for over thirty days.

If Duval has a warrant out for her, then yes she will eventually be brought back to Jacksonville. If she has a pending charge in Miami however it will probably be after the charge there is disposed of before she is brought back to Jacksonville.
