Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I got a petty theft charge four years ago and got a withheld of judication of guilt but got arrested this year for the same thing and got a judication of guilt and I want it off or get the judication of guilt taking off.

Your only option is to withdraw your plea and go to trial on the new charge. And you can usually only do that within 30 days of entering your plea. You need to talk to an attorney to see if this is an option.
