Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My son is 17 years old and he was arrested for fleeing the police, he was qualified to assist to a program and he doesn't have to go to court, what will happen will he keep arrested records forever?

A lot of variables here. Was your son charged as an adult? Was this charged as a traffic offense? Is he in juvenile court? You should call an attorney in your area to get these questions dealt with.
