My son was 16 yrs old and his girlfriend was 12yrs old. they had a child when she was 15yrs old. she is 19 now the child is 4yrs old. Can she still prosecute him in florida

Yes she could. He is facing up to 15 years in prison and a lifetime sexual offender designation. She has until she turns 21 to report him.
