Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone submits an affidavit that is notarized and photo shopped a picture and driver license # made a photo copy of it to work at a work at home job. Can the company that I am submitting it to file a complaint with the police? Is it up to the business or the person's who name I am using to file charges. The person name I am using died.

It's up to the police, not the victim or the business. You can be charged with forgery which is a serious felony.
