can I sue an atf agent for perjury to a federal grand jury in order to obtain an indictment,for refusing me an atty, at an interview and not allowing me my miranda? for months they attempted to get me to sell a wepon to a convicted felon and finally succeeded,{5x c,f},,,I have never been in trouble before this, and am now a convicted felon.i am elderly and my health is very poor, I have tried for 2 years to live with that label and cannot,,,I wish any proceeds to go to charity, after legal fees
