trafficking

if you get charged with trafficking in marijuana and weeks before got trafficking mdma what ways to beat the charge.. the whole thing is a big long story and i need some help on this. it happened to someone that is not a bad person. what are the laws on police coming into your home also.

Trafficking in drugs, regardless of what kind, is a very serious charge. The fact that this person has been charged twice makes it that much more serious. Moreover, because he apparently was re-arrested, he is probably being held without a bond.

The police can legally enter a home under a number of circumstances. It sounds like they probably had a search warrant.
