violation of community control

if you violate community control and have been in jail for 2 months what are your chances of getting out?

Violating community controls shows the Judge a person is a bad candidate for any kind of probation. It is likely the person would receive a jail sentence to resolve the case unless the violation was very minor.

I would need to know more info to give you a better answer like the original crime charged along with the length of community control given; also what the violation was for.

2 months in county is a good ammount of time; if the person isn't causing any trouble in the jail you may be able to get them out and re-instated after they serve a short county term.
