withdrawl of guilty plea
In Florida can a guilty plea be withdrawn and have the case go to a jury trial if sentencing has not taken place?

Possibly depending on the facts. I am assuming you had an attorney but if not contact a local attorney in your area for assitance. Under certain circumstances, a plea may be withdrawn. Good Luck.
