Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I worked as a sales rep and am no longer with that company, a few of my prospects wanted to continue working with me at my new employer. Was it ilegal for me to bring them with me and sign them up with my new company?

Do not listen to Mr. Linehan. He is not a FL licensed attorney. I have every intention of reporting Mr. Linehan to the FL Bar if he does not cease and desist from practicing law in FL. This is now his third notice.
