Smokers rights in the workplace.

Winn dixie is not providing the smokers with a designated smoking area, aren't the suppose to provide smoking with a designated area?

The Florida Clean Indoor Air Act defines a grocery store as a "public place" in which a person may not smoke except in designated smoking areas. The Act contemplates that an employer will take into account the number of smoking and non-smoking employees when developing and implementing a smoking policy. However, it does not appear that the Act requires an employer to have a designated smoking area. It could be time to quit?
