Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I received a DUI the end of August, and got a lawyer. I chose him, because two of my friends used him and they said he allowed them to pay over time. Well to make a long story short, I was doing that and my attorney keeps harping on more and more fees. As far as my case, he can't give me any straight answers. This is my first DUI, and they said I ran a stop sign which was BS. However, bottom line I want this thing done. I don't want to spend another 8-10K and end up with the same results. I blew a 0.82 and 0.87. So I blew (which everyone including the lawyer said I shouldn't), the lawyer is not happy about the judge, etc.

So what can I do if I just want to be done with it and plead no contest, pay my fines, and get it over?

Tell your lawyer that's what you want to do. However, you might want to be patient because with blows like that you might be able to get a good deal. In fact, since you blew you probably have a better chance at getting a good deal. (Not every lawyer believes that you should ALWAYS refuse to blow) Communication with your lawyer is the most important thing.
