Sentence
My nephew pled guilty to DUI manslaugher based on the advice of his lawyer. This was his first DUI. The judge sentenced him to 5 years in prison and 10 years probation. Since he pled guilty, my question is if there is a chance of getting his sentence reduced.

When and where did he enter his plea? You may be able to go back on a motion to mitigate, it is not dependent on the type of plea, it is time restricted-60 days.
