Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

How do I stop web sites from posting a DUI arrest photo from 2006 in FL? What's truly disturbing is practice of "tagging" mugshots, which I discovered recently when "googling" my name - below is an example of this - truly, to pay to have it removed seems to be more like legal, cyber bullying than free enterprise:

You can write to them and request to have it removed. The problem is that mug shot sites utilize booking photos legally because they are public record. It does seem like bullying. Even though criminal records can be sealed and expunged, probably not in your case, these private sites seek to make money by using things that are public record, and there is very little someone in your position can do without hiring a private attorney. You see, a complete defense to a libel, slander, or defamation of character suit is that the statement is true. You were arrested for dui.
