Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida
I have a florida LLC corp. I will be doing a speed dating event at a bar. Where single men and women come together to meet. Do I need insurance to do this? If yes what type of insurance do I need? I am in Miami-Dade county. I will put a disclosure saying we dont check out the people who go to this event.

No Florida state law requires insurance, but you might want to check with the city and the county. The bar probably has insurance, anyway.
