Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

16yr old does not want to visit father

We have been to court. Judge ordered counseling with visitation based on counselors advice due to a long absense. Daughter has not changed mind. Father won't go to any more sessions. Counselor did not make a recommendation. Father refuses mediation and now has filed contempt on me(mother). I do not have an attorney.

She must go visit him, legally she has no choice and you are incontempt for not enforcing it.
