Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Adoption

I need the form to file for adoption. This is for my grandchildren in fostercare in Tampa Florida. I was told ny DCF that I could file the form myself. Please advise. Time is critical. I was given this information yesterday and the the courst are going to terminate parential rights with in the next 2 weeks
