Biological Father

My daughter in 15 yoa. What would the prodedure be for she and I to sue him for child support? And could he get visitation rights or shared custody? He is not on the birth certifcate due to him being in and out jail at the time and we were never married.

Yes he can get visitation rights. You sue him, not the child. You file a petition for paternity since it has to be established that he is the father. The forms are available through the self-help program, call the nearest courthouse for assistance or view them on-line at flcourts.org.
