My boyfriend lives in florida usa. His son is in guatemala child lives with grandma, who is disabled He wants custody of his child. How can he do it been so far? O and him and mom were never married and no DNA has been done.

He needs to consult an attorney where the child is living, Guatemala. Florida gives him no rights until he has proven paternity. If there is no consent, the Hague Convention is involved, complicated and expensive.
