can i keep my ex boyfriends parents from being allowed to see my child?

They have both harassed me and are constantly high and taking prescription pain pills. they have sold drugs in the past and have both been arrested. i let them come visit one time and they were very high. is there any way i can keep them from seeing my child if my ex boyfriend has him for a day?

Only by getting a court order that would not allow it.
