Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The mother of my child is already receiving court orderd support but she is asking for a modification . She is now married and lives with her husband who works and shares household bills with her but she did not include this information on the court worksheet. Should I mention this in my response letter?

Yes. The court should know all the facts, but it is not the responsibilty of husband #2 to support your kids. That is on you.
