Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have two cases of contempt of court filed against my ex's for not allowing me to see my children. I filed myself and have recieved there replys and now must file for a court date and I am not sure how to do this. I also live with a family member and they are both claiming that isnt a suitable place for my children to because of to many people living in the house and there not being a dedicated bed for them every other weekend. The other children that live there are gone on the weekends with there father. So there really is a room for them.

Go to the court and get the form for hearing date and get it set and served on the other party.

As to the other part of your question, get prepared for a fight and get your facts in order and any proof that you can provide as evidence in a trial before the judge.

Otherwise, get an attorney. Fighting for rights with children is not something you can do pro se and hope to win. It can happen but not usually.
