Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Support

I have been divorced for three years. My ex-husband, in addition to being late with child support payments, has started to serve me with court papers every couple of months to try to get child support lowered. It has always been dismissed by the judge but I can no longer afford to hire an attorney everytime he takes it into his head to harrass me. Is there anything I can do to stop him from filing frivolous court papers.

Next time he does so, have your attorney seek an assessment of sanctions for bringing a series of sham and frivilous actions. It should halt future actions.
