Child Support

If I am paying my ex-wife an agreed upon amount of child supprt monthly and faithfully, am I entitled to request an accounting of how the money is spent even if that stipulation is not written into the divorce decree?

No, the receiver of child support is allowed to spend the money in any way he or she wishes. If the children are going hungry or not being clothed because she is spending all her money, including the child support, on drugs or something, your remedy is to seek custody.
