How I can have custody of my grandson, when my son sign a adoption paper without knowing was an adoption paper, when the mother of the child told him, the people than he meet, she sais was her mother husband. Later on I discover that they sold the baby. Please advise. ( My son and the mother of the baby are using crack and they live in the street)

You'd have to prove that your son did not know what he was signing (very hard to do), that the mother is unfit (that may be harder than it sounds), and that it is in the best interest of the child that you have custody instead of the adopting parents and anyone else who may have an interest in the child's welfare (could be very, very tough). You'll definitely need a lawyer. You don't want to try this yourself.
