My daughter is now over the age of 18. I live in Florida, am I still obligated to pay

child support?

The termination of the child support obligation is usually spelled out in the document that establishes the obligation. If your daughter has turned 18 but is still working toward graduation, the child support obligation can be extended until the age of 19.

Support ends at 18 or if 18 and still in high school then when high school ends, generally.
