Death of a body
Is there any law stating what to do with a body if the person dies and leaves no instructions behind what he wants to do with it. Do i have the right to bury him. I lived with him for 37 years and no relatives are known

I think the ME's Office has to release the body and if there is no family around, then they may release the body to you if proper arrangements are made.
I am not sure how this fits in with the topic though. Family Law? There is no such thing as common law marriage in Florida if that is where you are going with this.
