My spouse did not have employment at the time these firms where filled out. He just informed me today that he got a job today as a waitor.what information do I need to give to the court about the job? Do I need to fill out another financial affidavit. Your spouse will need to file an accurate affidavit listing the income from his new job.

Since there has been no changes to your financial condition, there is no need for you to amend your affidavit. Your spouse is required to submit a current financial affidavit, and to update that affidavit if his financial standing changes. The Child Support Worksheet you prepared was based on your understanding of your spouse's finances. Now that his finances have changed, a new Worksheet should be prepared. You should wait until your spouse files his Financial Affidavit before you refile the Worksheet so you know exactly what numbers you are working with.
