Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was divorced in the state of FL and in my divorce decree I was ordered to pay child support for my children through the FL State Disbursement Unit. Can the Puerto Rico Organic Law of the Administration for Child Support, or its acronym, ASUME order me to pay child support when my case is already being handled through the Family Law Court in FL? Can the custodial mother have the child support case transferred from FL to Puerto Rico?
