Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been divorced for 8 years. My ex husband has never paid alimony and is now on disability. He also owes abut $45,000.00 in back Child Support payments. But my daughter is over 18. What am I entitled to and what should I do? I am in Florida.

If he is receiving Social Security Disability you and the daughte may be entitled to check direct from the Administration. You need to speak with an attorney or direct to Social Security.
