Legal Question
I was engaged for a year. My former financee broke it off last year. since then, he won't give me back my items, unless i return the engagement. he also owes me 5000. this guy is financially deep in trouble. he double mortgaged his home, and cheated the irs.
i don't want to return the ring, i do want to litigate for the out of pocket money. please advise.
