Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Ex-Husband and I got divorced in Oct 2010, in the divorce I gave him everything in terms of furniture and household items. In May 2011 we decided to give our relationship another try and our children and myself moved back into our old home where I have now resided for 10 months, I should've learned the first time but we are separating again. My question is: Do I have rights to take/keep household items that I previously gave up since we were living together as a couple again or does the divorce degree still hold up?

YOu can take what you brought when you moved back in. You have given up the other stuff through the divorce. sorry.

I assume the divorce went through, since you call him an "ex-husband." This means that your old divorce agreement is valid, and you have to stick by it. Had the divorce not gone through, your old agreement would be null and void since you decided to give the marriage another go.
