Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

family matter

Father pass last month,mother has joint custody of two minors,will was left 100% for minors with trustee (older sister).Trustee is totally against mother of two minors and is giving treats and not helping with any support for the kids!!!Mother needs to file for social security and see what father left on behalf of the kids,trustee don't give mother death certificate.The question is what are the correct and legal steps for the mother to take in oher to start dealling with the supporting and well being of the minors against the hate from trustee of older sister?

Your question is a little difficult to understand, but it seems the mother needs to speak to a local attorney who can handle trusts & estates litigation. When a trustee is not handling the trust monies appropriately, all the beneficiaries or other interested parties can do is take it to court.
