Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a father who has primary custody of my son. His biological mother has not contacted him in any way(phone, letter, visitation,email) in 2 years. Before the two years, it was only once a year she would contact him. I would like full custody, so my fianc� can adopt him when we get married. She has been there for him since he was 1 and he is now 9. What is the best way to file and get full custody?
